- It’s 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite size florets.
- You need 1 of egg.
- You need 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of olive oil, or cooking spray.
- It’s 3 tbsp of melted butter.
- You need 3 tbsp of hot sauce, Frank's is best, use more or less as desired.
- You need 1 of bleu cheese dressing, optional.
- Prepare 1 of celery sticks, optional.
Buffalo Cauliflower Bites instructions
- Preheat oven at 400.
- Lightly grease cooking sheet with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Beat egg with a splash of water.
- Dip each piece of cauliflower in egg wash.
- Then, in separate bowl, lightly coat florets with panko, place on baking sheet.
- Drizzle remaining olive oil over coated florets.
- Bake until just tender but still crisp and browned, about 15 minutes.
- Combine butter and hot sauce, use less or more hot sauce as you prefer your heat.
- Drizzle butter/hot sauce mixture over florets.
- Serve hot with bleu cheese and celery.
