- Prepare 2 cups of all-purpose flour.
- It’s 2 of tspn instant yeast.
- You need 3 tbspn of melted salty butter.
- Prepare 3 tbspn of sugar.

- Prepare 1/4 cup of lukewarm milk.
- It’s 1/4 cup of lukewarm water.

- First of all in a bowl add all-purpose flour (sieved).
- Then add 1 egg, butter, sugar, yeast, now knead it with lukewarm milk and water,combine milk and water together.
- Dough should be sticky and soft,now take out the dough on surface and knead it with little bit flour for 5 minutes.
- Then grease the bowl with oil and put the dough for proofing for half hour or until it rises up.
- Now when the proofing is done take it out on surface dust some flour and knead it again for 2 minutes and again leave it for rest for 10 minutes.
- Now roll thick and cut into donut shape after cutting the donuts place all the donuts in tray with little bit flour dust in the tray for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Now in a wok add oil for deep frying and in very low flame fry the donuts.
- Make it light golden brown colour from both sides.
- Take it out on tissue paper so that the excess oil will come out.
- Then make the glaze simply in condensed milk and Cocoa powder mix it properly now dip one by one and decorate with sprinkles or dessicated coconut and enjoy.
